We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any of your items in their original condition and packaging for a full refund within 14 working days from delivery. Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of your payment method used to purchase the item(s). The credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an email confirming the completion of your return process.
Please note that we cannot refund custom made or personalised items.
We cannot accept damaged or lost returns, and reserve the right to refuse your return if you do not send it by registered mail.
To return or exchange by mail, please follow these instructions:
- Complete the required information on the packaging skip included with your package.
- Securely pack your merchandise, making sure to include all pages of the packing skip. Please try to use the original shipping box and material.
- Affix the address and return label to your return package.
If the product packaging is damaged to a degree that it cannot be reused, we reserve the right to provide you with a partial refund only. You must retain your original registered/recorded mail receipt in case we require proof of the return in the unlikely event that your return package does not reach us.

Gifts purchased online can only be returned or exchanged by mail when accompanied by the gift receipt or original packing slip.
